Final Sale Policy

Generally, all sales are final and we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has significant damage or defects not described on our website.

Note: JFigure reserves the right to cancel an order if a pre-shipment inspection reveals damage that does not meet our quality standards. In these cases, a full refund will be issued.

Pre-owned Product Condition

Pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear, such as faint scratches or slight color transfer, which occur naturally over time.

JFigure maintains high standards to provide quality products at fair prices. However, if you require "mint" or perfect condition, we recommend purchasing a new/sealed version instead.

Shipping Estimates

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Estimated transit times are as follows:

DHL, UPS, FedEx: 4-6 days
EMS: 4-12 days
AIR: 2-3 weeks
Small Packet:2-4 weeks
Surface Mail: 2-3 months
