Please inform the local postal service and ask them to write a “damage report” immediately.
The damage report needs to be done before accepting the parcel. Any claim without the damage report will not be processed. At the same time, send us pictures of the inside and outside of the package so that we can inform Japan Post. When Japan Post accept our claim, they will compensate the declared shipping value on the package.
